"Just imagine drinking the worlds finest wines in a single event. My paintings represent just that.

Life's most enjoyable moments caught with a paint brush as a combination of abstractions and crisp realism.

​

I actually paint from the original "empty" bottles which I own, many of which I have drank through the years, others given by collectors who intended to have their most memorable wine tasting immortalized in one of my paintings.

I move my subjects into the light, manipulating them so that they create a kaleidoscope of colours and transparency. 

I've painted many subjects in my career of 35+ years as an artist but none as challenging as coloured glass combining my passions for art and wines.
